Designing a new kitchen or bath is very exciting! Ideally, you should only do it once but the amount of decisions and options is overwhelming, let along the risk of a costly mistake. Some projects have a complete Architectural Schematics and only require the sourcing, selection & coordination of finish materials and window coverings. Using our design library, we will select materials that fit within your design aesthetic, budget needs, and timeline. This package is limited to 1 kitchen, 2 baths, 1 mantle, and generalized materials for living rooms.

Price above includes 5% G.S.T. By purchasing this package, you agree to the Designer Concierge Service Agreement.

During this package we will:

  1.  Meet by video conference at the beginning of your purchase in order to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the steps and information we require.
  2.  Provide up to 3 Concept Mood Boards for you to select from with a final concept solution (4th option) to suit your needs within 2 weeks of purchase.
  3.  Produce a completed finish package with specifications within 30 days of purchase.
  4.  If elected, we can provide you with drop-ship pricing (shipped direct to you from our vendor) on any of the designer products that we carry.

Enhanced purchasing options:

For projects in Metro Vancouver with budgets permitting, we would be pleased to provide an estimate for supply and installation of our brand of built-to-order cabinetry, hardware, and countertops. We may also provide purchasing options from our designer window coverings, furnishings (think bar stools) or decorative lighting fixtures that will differentiate your kitchen from the stock, builder or retail standard. Due to the lower amount of product purchase options in bathrooms, we are unable to offer the same free accessory options as we do for our Full Kitchen Plan package.

Package instructions:

  1.  This service package requires commitment from you to be involved and you agree to these terms upon purchase. It is imperative that you be ready to work and have the time dedicated in their schedule to work on this design package.
  2.  This is a fast-paced consultation service limited to 1 bath or walk-in closet and 6 hours of 1-on-1 Consultation time. We may not be able to cover every little styling detail, art, or accessory when working on your design for the day but you will have a strong design plan where you can add your own personal touches!
  3.  When providing us with information or completing our instructions, it is very important to be as detailed and clear as possible. Do not be afraid of "over-sharing" because your information is confidential.
  4.  If at any moment during working together that you become unsure about the progress or terms of your design package, please discuss your concerns with us immediately.
  5.  Following your purchase of this service package, you are automatically added to our Client Portal with access to your project file; however, we will need to turn on some features for you to upload Inspiration Images. This is generally completed within 24 hours following your purchase.
  6.  Book your In-Home Appointment immediately after your purchase to ensure you receive the time-slot that works fo for you. Appointments are available Tuesday to Thursday between 10a-6p PT in Metro Vancouver.
  7.  We strongly encourage you to download the digital assets we included with your package. Please read them and outline any questions you may have.
  8.  Upload a minimum of 10-15 Bathroom Inspiration Images directly into your Client Portal as soon as possible. We use these images as a jumping off point to use in order to curate your new space and suggest the right retailers near you. Inspiration images must be uploaded at least 48 hours prior to our In-Home Appointment or the day booked will need to be rescheduled.
  9.  Next, please complete the Questionnaire right away! We recommend setting aside 1-2 hours to complete it and please be as detailed and comprehensive as possible when answering questions because it helps us help you the best way we can. The Questionnaire must be completed at least 48 hours prior to our In-Home Appointment or the day booked will need to be rescheduled.
  10.  We also provide you with Self-Measurement instructions for you to complete, scan, and upload into Measures. Please also upload Existing Photos of the room you want to design. The measurements must be completed at least 48 hours prior to our In-Home Appointment or the day booked will need to be rescheduled.
  11.  On the day of our In-home Appointment, prepare for a day of rapid decision-making. For the best efficiency and value, please commit to be being distraction free during our meetings and take your own notes. If you need to take a break to catch up on messages, please let us know when to pause so we can be the most effective together.
  12.  Once the conceptual layouts are ready complete, generally within 10 days of our In-Home Appointment, they are uploaded for your review and comment within 3 days. You can select one of the layout options or choose to create a hybrid from the options we presented. Once the concept is finalized, it can not be changed or modified.
  13.  Following your concept approval, we will generate the preliminary design plans for your review, generally 10 days after your first approvals,
  14.  Once finalized, it will be your responsibility to purchase products, arrange delivery, assemble and place products according to our recommended layout.

Our design work is detailed, comprehensive and conceptual in nature and it is not intended for architectural or structural use and we are unable to work over-top of another interior designers work. The purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable; it includes applicable federal tax. Design Packages are paid by major credit card using Stripe and their terms can be found here. We are not be liable for errors or omissions in receiving incorrect information from you, not following our measurement instructions, or delays outside of our control. Revision and change requests outside of the allotted time period will add delays to the proposed design work schedule and are therefore billed at $210.00/hr plus 5% G.S.T. and paid-in-full before the design work is released to you.
